Being Alive With Five

Being born with only one hand and living with a limb difference, I was given a choice: a choice to let my difference define and limit me, or to enact change by making differences in the lives of others like myself. In 2013, I started a blog, Alive With Five, and became apart of an online community that creates awareness around limb differences. From just sharing my life experiences, a project began to form in my path. I saw the bigger picture: a problem that needed a solution. Form5 Prosthetics (previously known as Alive With Five), now a growing organization (started by myself at the age of 15), intends to provide 3D Printed prosthetics that are affordable, lightweight, and, most importantly, eco-friendly!
